As a business we take great care in ensuring all of our products are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged due to insufficient care by the chosen courier or has developed a fault we will ask that in the first instance you contact us directly attaching photographs of the damaged product and also the packaging.
You will then be offered the choice of the item being repaired, replaced or refunded. If a refund is required we ask that the item is returned to us correctly packaged to prevent further damage. Once received and checked we will issue a full refund including the cost of return postage.
In the event of repair or replacement we will refund the cost of return postage to you. For more information reagrding our returns policy please contact us directly.
